Customer can cancel the product before ship at any time. And rise a request for refund the amount. Refund will be initiate within 2-3 working days. And once product dispatched from our side. then you have to raise a request to cancel . if product is on the way to his destination OR delivered. we will notify to our courier partner for RTO. our pickup boy will come and take the goods from you. after we receive the parcel. we will inspect our product. it should be unused and with proper packing as oro luccido sent. after inspection approved refund will be credited to your same account. after deduction courier charges.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2-3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
